INTRODUCES ADVANCED EYE CARE TECHNOLOGIES
Shanker's Eye Hospital, Punalur, strengthened its advanced eye-care services with the inauguration of four modern ophthalmic diagnostic and surgical technologies at the hospital.
The newly introduced technologies include the Heidelberg SD-OCT Angio with Auto-Fluorescence, ZEISS Lumera Microscope, OCULUS Myopia Master, and SBM Sistemi IDRA. These advanced systems are designed to support accurate diagnosis, detailed eye examinations, surgical procedures, myopia assessment, and evaluation of various retinal and ocular conditions.
The Heidelberg SD-OCT Angio with Auto-Fluorescence enables detailed retinal imaging and assists in the evaluation of conditions such as diabetic retinopathy, macular diseases and other retinal disorders.
The ZEISS Lumera Microscope provides high-precision visualization during ophthalmic surgeries.
The OCULUS Myopia Master supports comprehensive assessment and monitoring of myopia,
while the SBM Sistemi IDRA enables advanced analysis of the ocular surface and tear film, helping in the assessment of dry-eye conditions.
